AM+A are looking for an experienced and driven Social Media Manager to play a fundamental role in the development and management of all aspects of our clients’ social media activity as well as the agency’s own accounts. The role is broad, from top-line social strategy to day-to-day social media management. Primary activities will involve creating innovative social media content and campaigns with the aim to improve brand awareness, drive follower growth, engagement, and increase traffic.Candidates will work from home with the opportunity to work from our offices in London (EC2A) or Lichfield should they choose. This is a part time, fully flexible opportunity.
+ Formulating social media strategies for AM+A and our clients
+ Managing and executing social content plans using appropriate tools across multiple social media channels
+ Creating all social media related content and repurposing it for all social media channels
+ Developing our in-house influencer program with associated agencies, and seeking new relationships with sponsors and brands+ Developing a structured approach to deliver consumer-facing messaging that drives engagement and website traffic+ Developing and executing consistent brand tone of voice for multiple clients
+ Writing engaging content including editorials and PR pieces whilst improving all digital communications
+ Liaising and collaborating with account management teams to prepare optimised assets for paid campaigns
+ Collaboration with account management teams liaising with bloggers, brands and affiliates to ensure digital content is fully optimised for maximum efficiency
+ Participating in creative brainstorming sessions for social media and other marketing content
+ Reviewing and reporting on campaign performance using analytical tools and techniques
+ General administrative support including purchase order and budget management
+ Providing ad-hoc support on other aspects of the agency’s digital marketing services for clients
Skills and experience:
+ Passion for all things social
+ Extensive experience in social media and marketing in a business environment
+ Demonstrable experience coordinating social media initiatives and campaigns
+ Understanding of audience research and interaction
+ Efficient and engaging writing style, demonstrating strong copywriting and editing skills
+ Experience working with social media management tools and business solutions
+ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media+ Strong design and layout understanding with a working knowledge of relevant design applications (Canva, InDesign etc)
+ IT skills including Microsoft Office and Google Docs
+ Great organisational and time management skills - able to self-manage projects and thrive under pressure
+ Creative mind and the ability to come up with original ideas to engage an audience
+ Resourcefulness - Ability to proactively fact-find and problem solve
+ Ability to adapt and take on additional responsibilities as required regardless of experience level
