Dundee Council appointed AM+A to generate mainstream and specialist press coverage for the launch of their latest public EV charging hub, focusing on accessibility and 'industry first' rainwater harvesting technology.

Working with key stakeholders
- AM+A worked closely with other key stakeholders in this project such as Bluewater and SWARCO energy to ensure a collaborative approach to generating media coverage, as well as sharing key client information with their PR teams

Media pitching - Preparing key pitches around the launch and distributing the official launch press release to key contacts. Ensuring maximum media attention by prioritising the 'industry first' rainwater harvesting technology messaging

- Distributing invites to attend the launch event in Dundee, ongoing discussions with relevant media and organisation of photographer passes

Podcast interviews
- organising interviews for Dundee Council's Fraser Crichton and SWARCO CEO Justin Meyer with relevant podcasts and publications. Position Dundee and SWARCO as thought leaders within the sector while also generating awareness for the launch of the hub

Content creation
- to support this ongoing PR activity, AM+A were responsible for creating monthly blog posts and infographics that would feature on the Dundee Council website and social media platforms. These focused on specific aspects of the new charging hub such as rainwater harvesting and second life battery storage
