Managing a high profile media launch event to support Sonos' entry into the Baltic market

As part of the global expansion, Sonos appointed AM+A to organise and host a high profile experiential media event to generate press coverage and brand awareness in the Baltic region.

On the 20th of September a Sonos brand presentation with an exquisite afternoon lunch experience by Mārtiņš Sirmais was held in a centric and urban apartment right in the heart of Riga

Exclusive ‘taste and sound’ press event - planning and hosting an exclusive media lunch featuring a bespoke menu created by Latvian chef Mārtiņš Sirmais showcasing how sound can enhance taste

Organising a bespoke experience - the event was hosted in an apartment in the heart of Riga. This allowed us to showcase Sonos’ audio quality and multi-room speaker technology

Hosting leading Baltic media - reaching out to prominent Latvian, Lithuanian and Estonian media and influencers to gain publicity for Sonos across a range of sectors including tech, lifestyle, design and business

Creative idea - a brand launch with a presentation and product demonstrations with an added unique 5 course lunch menu specifically designed by Mārtiņš Sirmais based on research of how different sounds affect taste

Invited media - we invited the most prominent Latvian, Lithuanian and Estonian media in order to educate, share a unique lunch experience and gain publicity for Sonos in the Baltics region. The media consisted of a mix of tech, lifestyle, design and business media, including influencers

Event design - in order for the event to be completely on brand, team AM+A did an extensive research, found the right apartment to have a homely and cosy vibe, did the menu designs and outsourced the talented decorator Baiba Prindule-Rence 

Branding - throughout the interior of the apartment different posters, pictures and specially designed menus were placed
