Managing a high profile marketing and events campaign to celebrate Poland's 100 year anniversary

The Brief

To manage the high-profile celebration of Poland's 100 year anniversary in London. This included the organisation of an exclusive media event at the House of Commons, an advertising campaign at London airports and ongoing fair representation & consumer publicity.

Our Solution

- Oversaw a five-month strategy for the World Travel Market to generate trade publicity, and oversee media events and stand meetings.

- Co-organised a major event in one of London's most iconic event spaces. Five-course dinner for 80 VIP guests including Members of Parliament, leading travel trade decision makers and newspaper editors.

- Generated large scale publicity in leading travel trade media to announce Poland as a top destination to visit in 2019.

- Ran a successful media buying campaign, supported by an advertising campaign at Heathrow Airport.

- Provided creative input, copywriting and consultation on advertising campaign.

+ Poland was listed as one of ABTA's leading travel destinations for 2019.

+ Press trips to Poland resulted in 43 items of coverage in leading publications including Afar Magazine, Rough Guides, The Sun, the Scotsman and the Irish Independent - reaching an audience of 2,735,827.

+ Creative input on advertising campaign at Heathrow - 63 screens in Terminal 2 displaying AM+A slogans and designs.

+ Social media produced by AM+A during World Travel Market period generated a total of 92.6K impressions and 2,719 profile visits. Twitter engagement more than doubled, rising from 26.8k in September to 73.2k in October.

+ World Travel Market events and targeted marketing sparked 420+ new business conversations for the Polish Tourism Organisation.

+ Two large scale celebration events attracting major global media and trade.
