The Role
AM+A has an exciting opportunity for an organised and efficient individual looking for flexible and part-time work. Candidates will work from home with the opportunity to work from our offices in London (EC2A) or Lichfield should they choose.

We’re looking for someone who is dynamic and happy to get involved with all areas of the business with the same upbeat, creative attitude as the rest of our team.

Key Responsibilities
+ Monitoring the media (including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswire, blogs and events) for coverage and opportunities for clients
+ Working as part of an account team to research client proposals and implement PR strategies
+ Preparing monthly client reports 
+ Researching and distributing press releases and pitches to targeted media 
+ Collating, analysing and evaluating media coverage 
+ Maintaining project management and contact databases 
+ Media research - researching, compiling and maintaining lists of relevant media outlets and contacts 
+ Events and awards research - researching key events and awards and maintaining a calendar.

Skills and Experience
+ Good knowledge of the UK media landscape, preferably in the travel, tourism and lifestyle sectors
+ Proficiency in Microsoft/Google applications (particularly Excel/Google Sheets)
+ Good organisation skills 
+ Excellent attention to detail 
+ Great copywriting skills
+ Able to accurately follow instructions 
+ Good communication skills (written, presenting, verbal) 
+ Confident phone manner 
+ Candidates should be able to work independently, but provide regular and accurate updates to account leads
